Più comune "I can''t bring myself to do..." o "I don't think I can bring
myself to do...".
"Bring oneself to" ha quasi sempre un contesto negativo.

Già, e generalmente viene tradotto "Non riesco a decidermi a fare..."
Un po' di contesto aiuterebbe, comunque.

I don't know if the subtlety of the English translates well into Italian.
There is an element of reluctance, abhorrence or fear implied. "I just can't
get around to deciding what to do" is something else.

"I can't bring myself to shoot an innocent animal".
"I can't bring myself to tell her what happened to her mother".
"I can't bring myself to admit I was wrong".
